McDermott Airpark, 31WI, is located in Sullivan, Jefferson County, WI.  The airport is 5 miles south of Interstate 94, centrally located between Madison, Milwaukee and Janesville.  This airpark was developed by its owner, Wayne McDermott, in 1990.  It is Private owned on a land area of over 260 acres. The runway, 06/24, is 4550 ft long, 50 ft wide, with a runway surface of asphalt, and is pilot lighted.   There are 14 T-Hangers and a separate single hanger that are rented out and one privately owned hanger on the airport. There are campgrounds, within minutes in Rome and Fort Atkinson for the outdoor adventurers. And the best deer hunting is here in South Central Wisconsin for the avid hunter.
